Man dead after shooting in northeast Calgary

The Calgary police Homicide Unit is investigating after a man was found dead in a vehicle following a shooting in the northeast neighbourhood of Taradale late Tuesday. Police were to the 200 block of Taradale Cove N.E. just before midnight for reports of a collision and arrived to find a young man deceased. Few details are available but police say they believe the shooting was targeted. Investigators remain on scene. Police have not released a cause of death. More to come …
