Keystone pipeline reopens after North Dakota spill

CALGARY — TC Energy's Keystone pipeline announced Sunday it has restarted crude delivery after a rupture in North Dakota nearly two weeks ago leaked 383.000 gallons. The 590,000 barrel-a-day pipeline, which carries crude from Hardisty, Alta., to the American Midwest and the Gulf Coast, ruptured near the city of Edinburg, N.D on Oct. 29.
