Fort McMurray, Alta. experiencing a 100-year flood: RMWB mayor

Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo mayor Don Scott provided an update over the phone on the flooding caused by ice jam on the Athabasca river, calling it a “one in 100 year flood.” He also addressed why calling in the military won’t help.
