Fatal crash in Parkdale prompts road closure

One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash in the northwest Calgary community of Parkdale of Friday. Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Third Avenue and 34 Street N.W. just before 3 p.m. for reports of a three-vehicle collision.  A spokesperson with Calgary EMS confirms one person was pronounced dead at the scene, while two others were taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Calgary police have closed Parkdale Boulevard N.W. in bot
