Economic relaunch begins Thursday but will be slower in Calgary

The province will move ahead with plans to re-open stores, restaurants and daycares. More cases of COVID-19 in Calgary and Brooks means the relaunch will be delayed there. Fletcher Kent has more on what’s happening and when.
