Dill-icious trend to dominate the Stampede's new midway menu

Pickle is proving to be the "it"  flavour inspiring wacky food combinations at this year's Calgary Stampede. New on the midway menu: pickle ice cream, a dill pickle ice pop and pickle cotton candy. "It's salty and sweet as you kind of expect," said Kat King, co-founder of A Sweet Mind Candy Co., which created the tangy cotton candy.The Langley, B.C. company is trying to entice an adult crowd to try what's typically a treat for kids. "At the beginning it’s sweet and savoury," said King
