Crash closes Macleod Trail south of Chinook Centre

Calgary police are investigating a crash on Macleod Trail on Thursday that injured at least one person. Emergency crews were called to the southbound lanes of the road near 73 Avenue S.E. just before 12:30 p.m. The Calgary Fire Department says two vehicles were involved in the crash, one of which rolled. One person had to be extricated from one of the vehicles. EMS took one person to hospital in non-life-threatening condition. The incident has closed southbound Macleod Trail at Glenmore Trail S.
