Convoy passes through Queen City, stops for rally

A large scale convoy blocked traffic in downtown and east Regina Thursday morning. The convoy is a protest of the federal carbon tax by a group called Regina Rally Against the Carbon Tax. The group said Yellow Vest protestors would be prohibited from attending.Last of the rally vehicles are now in the Brandt Centre parking lot.
