City committee considers changes to bylaws around cycle track use

The city is looking at amending some of the bylaws that govern the use of the cycle tracks downtown and is considering adding skateboards, roller blades and scooters to the mix. A committee will discuss a report on Wednesday morning that proposes bylaw amendments to increase safety and accessibility and allow for the use of a variety of modes of transportation.
