Child missing in northeast Calgary found safe

Calgary police say a girl who was reported missing on Wednesday night has been found safe. Officials alerted the public about this girl's disappearance at about 8 p.m. but added the incident didn't meet the threshold of an Amber Alert. She was found on Thursday morning. No further details will be released.
