Alberta hospital workers walk out to protest job cuts amid COVID-19
Members of the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) walked off the job Monday morning to protest what they call dangerous cuts to Alberta’s health care system. More than 100 people are participating in the wildcat strike at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton.
