Alberta finalizes $1.5B Keystone XL pipeline agreement

The provincial government has announced a $1.5 billion investment in the Keystone XL pipeline in an effort to ensure the project is completed and operational by 2023. According to the province, the agreement with Calgary-based TC Energy Corporation was finalized following six months of negotiations.
