2nd suspect in Rocky View County highway shooting arrested on homicide charge: Alberta RCMP

Mounties in Alberta have arrested 28-year-old Elijah Strawberry, who had been on the run for 38 days, accused of second-degree murder in a Rocky View County shooting on Aug. 6.
