Second annual running race makes its way into Kingston Penitentiary

Runners will once again hit the trails at Lake Ontario Park in Kingston in support of a cause that extends far beyond the finish line, as the second annual 9RUNRUN: The Emergency Services Run returns this year with a unique new feature.In addition to the two- and five-kilometre races, organizers have added a 10-kilometre race distance that will take participants through the historic Kingston Penitentiary, giving runners an exclusive opportunity to experience one of Canada’s most iconic la
