Kingston youth goes missing again

The Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a youth who has gone missing for the second time this month. Christopher was last seen on Feb. 16, round 4:20 p.m. in the area of Portsmouth Avenue and Bath Road. They are described as Caucasian with a fair complexion, five-foot-seven with a thin build. Christopher has medium-length, curly, light brown hair, blue eyes and a tattoo on his left forearm that says “2009.” Christopher was last seen wearing a black hood
