Kingston Police seek help identifying three suspects in harassment incident

The Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three individuals involved in an incident that took place on Armstrong Road near Bath Road.According to police it happened on June 24 around 6 p.m.Three individuals who were riding bicycles allegedly began circling a pedestrian repeatedly in an intimidating and harassing manner, preventing the pedestrian from leaving the area.The individuals are described as white males, with blonde hair dressed in t-shirts and shorts.
