Kingston Police Briefs: Dispute featuring snowblower leads to charges

A local man has been charged by police after intimidating his neighbour with his snowblower.
On Wednesday at about 2:30 p.m. a man was outside his home downtown, shovelling his driveway. Suddenly the man was confronted by his neighbour who yelled obscenities at him and accused him of shovelling snow onto his vehicle.
