Kingston Police arrest three individuals following suspicious activity call

Three individuals are facing multiple charges following a report on a suspicious vehicle on July 23.According to Kingston Police , the call came in around 8 p.m. in the 1500 block of Westbrook Road.Police said the vehicle was seen dropping off two individuals who were wearing black masks.Responding officers were able to find the two masked individuals in the rear yard of a residence standing beside an open door.After being confronted, one of the individuals fled on foot, however, was taken into
