Jewelry store robbed at Kingston mall

Kingston Police rushed to a smash-and-grab theft at the Michael Hill jewelry store inside Cataraqui Centre at approximately noon on Wednesday. According to police, a lone male entered the mall, went to the store, smashed a display case, grabbed an unspecified amount of jewelry and fled on foot to a vehicle in the parking lot. The vehicle was last seen driving away from the mall, northbound. According to police, no threats were made to staff and there were no injuries. The investigation is ongoin
