City Hall introduces visitor check-in process following security assessment

Visitors to Kingston City Hall are now required to check-in at the building’s front reception desk as part of a new security procedure introduced this week.The process took effect July 28 and applies to residents, tourists, and other visitors entering City Hall during regular business hours. Signs inside the building will direct visitors to the reception area, where security staff will ask about the purpose of their visit and provide directions.Therol Peterson, facilities manager with the
