Veteran QB Bo Levi Mitchell signs with Tiger-Cats over testing free-agent market

Veteran CFL quarterback Bob Levi Mitchell on Tuesday signed a three-year deal with Hamilton, the club announced after it acquired the pending free agent's rights in November from Calgary.
