St. Catharines, Ont., mayor calls for long-term action plan to prevent future flooding crises

With his city reeling from devastating storms that have left thousands of homes flooded with sewage-tainted water and untold amounts of damage, St. Catharines mayor Mat Siscoe is calling for a long-term action plan to protect his city from future extreme rainfall events.
