Residents of St. Catharines, Ont., high-rise evacuated from building after flooding

More than 100 people in a high-rise building in St. Catharines, Ont., were forced out of their homes on Tuesday after a vicious overnight storm left the building's basement and parking garage flooded, cutting off power in the building.
