'Rare' weather phenomena hit Niagara with multiple storms at once: meteorologist

A series of meteorological phenomena came together in a rare convergence to cause back-to-back storms that resulted in thousands of homes in St. Catharines, Lincoln and Niagara-on-the-Lake being flooded, experts say.
