Power outage affects more than 1,300 Alectra customers in Hamilton's Durand neighbourhood

More than 1,300 Alectra customers were without power Tuesday morning after an outage affected parts of Hamilton's Durand and Central Hamilton neighbourhoods in Hamilton.
