People in several Hamilton neighbourhoods still don't know why black soot has been falling on their homes

People living in and around Hamilton's east end say their homes have been covered in black soot this week. Soot is not a new concern for people in the area, but Ward 4 councillor Tammy Hwang says this time is different, with people further away being affected.
