Parkland Dedication Fees

The City of Hamilton's Parkland By-law 18-126 (PDF, 686 KB) requires the conveyance of land for park or other public recreational purposes as a condition of development or redevelopment or the subdivision of land.Parkland Dedication fees are separate and distinct from Development Charges.
