Niagara police arrest fourth suspect after Wainfleet kidnapping and manhunt

Police officers in St. Catharines, Ont., arrested a fourth suspect Thursday following an armed kidnapping and ensuing manhunt in nearby Wainfleet Township on Tuesday.
