Mayors in Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford and Niagara Falls get expanded 'strong mayor' powers

Steve Clark, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, plans to announce that 26 municipalities with populations over 100,000 will now have expanded 'strong mayor' powers.
