Man charged for stealing City of Hamilton vehicles, second suspect wanted

Hamilton police have arrested a man suspected of breaking into a City of Hamilton facility with an accomplice to steal two vehicles in July. The second suspect has not been found but is believed to frequent the Hamilton, Niagara and Burlington areas.
