Hamilton Public Health Services confirms first case of monkeypox

HAMILTON, ON – City of Hamilton Public Health Services has confirmed the first case of monkeypox in a resident of Hamilton, who was most likely infected during a recent visit to the City of Toronto. The individual is currently isolating and Hamilton Public Health Services has notified all close contacts.
