Hamilton public health board moves forward with new opioid action plan

City councillors heard a proposal for a new opioid action plan, that would implement short term, medium term and long term strategies to address the opioid crisis. An expansion of safe consumption sites, an implementation of safe supply programs and youth educational programs are some of the actions.
