Hamilton police open satellite station in Jackson Square citing downtown safety concerns

Hamilton police say they have opened a satellite office at Jackson Square in response to community safety concerns. The office, called a "substation," is next door to where a teen was shot and killed in April. Following the boy's death, police held a downtown safety summit in which some participants suggested setting up the substation.
