Hamilton city councillor defends decision on data centres

Hamilton city council voted down a bylaw that would have put a temporary pause on the development of data centres. Coun. Tammy Hwang says while she shares concerns with citizens who oppose data centres, things like water usage and noise are outside the council's jurisdiction.
