Hamilton bus system aims to maintain service near schools as it faces parts shortage

The Hamilton Street Railway (HSR) has been experiencing a parts shortage that's slowing down routine maintenance and taking more buses out of service than usual. As bus frequency increases for the fall, the fleet maintenance manager says HSR has a plan to minimize disruptions and maintain service near schools.
