Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford under severe thunderstorm watch, with tornado risk

Around noon Wednesday, Environment Canada placed virtually all of southern Ontario — including Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford and Niagara — under a severe thunderstorm watch, with a risk of a tornado also added later in the afternoon for much of the area.
