Developer appeals Hamilton tribunal decision made after hundreds protested data centre

Slate Asset Management confirmed it is appealing a June 4 decision by Hamilton's Committee of Adjustment, denying it the right to split up a plot of former industrial land it owns on the waterfront. The company's plans drew significant protest after Slate said it was considering data centre uses on part of that land.
