Young killer’s sentencing hearing in Sudbury opens on Feb. 1

The sentencing hearing for a now 19-year-old Greater Toronto-area teen who shot and killed a man at a Sudbury bar and restaurant will open on Feb. 1 of next year.If more time is needed, the hearing will resume April 26.The teen was convicted on July 13 of murdering Joe Cabigon at the former Overtime Sports Bar & Grill on Notre Dame Avenue the night of April 21, 2023.The killer, who was 16 at the time, walked up to Cabigon in the bar and shot him in the back of the head.The teen didn’t
