Two arrested in shooting that wounded four, including 12-year-old boy

Toronto police say they have charged two men in a shooting that wounded four people, including a 12-year-old bystander, over the weekend. Chief James Ramer says the two men were arrested after coming out of a downtown store yesterday afternoon.
