Sudbury man’s strange behaviour frightened two women

A Sudbury man will serve a one-year conditional sentence for strange, harassing behaviour toward two women. In one case, he urinated on one victim’s deck. In another, he plastered the other victim’s vehicle with garlic butter.Brandon Kirkwood also threatened to cut a victim’s vehicle brake lines and continually breached court orders over the past year.Kirkwood, 34, who was facing 26 charges, almost all of them involving the two women, pleaded guilty in the Ontario Court of Jus
