Sudbury man says $275,000 win 'a huge opportunity'

A Sudbury man has won $275,000 with The Big Spin scratch ticket, the OLG has announced. Matthew R. (the OLG no longer releases the last names of winners) said he picked up his Big Spin ticket on Father’s Day at Victory Convenience on Falconbridge Highway in Garson just before a bus ride. “I scratched it and it said ‘spin,’ so I brought it to the store. When I had it validated, the screen froze. I knew I won something big,” he recalled while at the OLG Prize Centre
