Sudbury man charged in Burwash break-in

The OPP has charged a Sudbury man after a break-in at a seasonal trailer in Burwash.Police said officers were sent to Elbow Ridge Road to investigate after receiving a report of a break and enter on June 13 at 9:15 p.m.As a result of the investigation, police charged Matthew Berger, 31, with breaking into a home and theft under $5,000.The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on Sept. 9.
