Second dust event at Falconbridge smelter will have little effect: Public Health 

Public Health Sudbury and Districts says no long-term health effects are expected following a second dust – or fallout – event at Glencore’s smelter in Falconbridge.
  In a release, Public Health said samples collected by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks and Glencore on Oct. 30 contain metal sulphides and oxides (iron, nickel, and copper), aluminum, silica, and smaller amounts of other elements and compounds.
