Key decision delayed in Overtime murder trial

A judge’s long-awaited decision in the Overtime Sports Bar and Grill murder case has been delayed.Superior Court Justice Susan Stothart had been expected to deliver her ruling Friday in the trial of a man who shot Joe Cabigon outside the Sudbury bar in April 2023.Instead, Stothart told the court an urgent matter prevented her from rendering a decision as scheduled.
