Intimate partner violence in St. Charles leads to weapons charges

One person from St. Charles is facing weapons charges following an intimate partner violence investigation on the weekend.Nipissing West OPP officers were called on Friday around 9:40 a.m. to a disturbance at a home in St. Charles.No was one was hurt, but police charged a 39-year-old suspect with careless use of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunitio and careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition.The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear
