Executive director of Hamilton Sikh society charged with fraud, theft, forgery

Hamilton police have charged a 55-year-old man with fraud after alleged financial mismanagement at the Sikh Society of Hamilton-Wentworth. Police say they began their investigation in August after receiving reports of fraud and theft at the society.
