Environment Canada issues snowfall warnings as storm hits Ontario, Quebec

OTTAWA — The first significant snowfall of the winter is expected to hit much of southern Ontario and Quebec today. Environment Canada has issued snowfall warnings or weather advisories for a swath of Ontario stretching from London to Ottawa.
