Toyko bar owner wins Alberta-born cocktail competition

Takeshi Oba made a splash in Japan at a cocktail competition and won with his Kotan Cocktail Recipe using Alberta-made bitters from Hansen Distillery. He and Daylin Breen from the EEDC join Kent in studio.
