Thunderstorms dampen ‘Diner en Blanc’ picnic in Edmonton

A formal ‘Diner en Blanc’ event held in Edmonton with more than 800 people expected to attend was dampened by thunderstorms that rained out the Commonwealth Stadium during the “chic picnic” on Wednesday.
