Throne Speech: Scheer calls speech ‘insult’ to western provinces

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer reacts shortly after to the Speech of the Throne on Thursday saying it sends an “extremely negative message” to the western provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan, who were excluded from the speech.
